Our Story

We’re Juanita and Kara Erickson, mother and daughter team and great lovers of good food. From family dinners to a 20 year catering business and school lunch programs, we know good food. Our frozen food program has been a community staple for 10 years and after an inspiring vacation and a need in the market, we’ve made the leap into offering fresh as well. Fresh Coast Market is where we can share our love of food with our West Coast communities in which ever way they need it; from frozen meals for your elderly neighbours or your next night shift, to fresh lunch on your break or to meet up with a friend at the beach. Great food is what we do.
